Who is responsible

National Smart Parking Company, registered in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, is responsible for the personal data you send through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, country, the topic you choose and your message. You can leave the optional fields empty.

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the service.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is held

When you send the form, our website passes your enquiry to an email delivery provider, which delivers it to our team’s inbox. The website itself does not keep a copy in a database. Our hosting and email delivery providers process data on our behalf and may do so outside the Sultanate of Oman.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. After that, we delete it.

Your rights

Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights over your personal data. You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them.
