Omani jobs

We recruit Omani staff in every function: field, enforcement, customer service, control centre, planning and field engineering. We commit to Omanisation above the required level for our sector in field and control-centre roles.

Training and careers

Every role has a documented path to the next one. We train on the job and with structured courses, and we promote from within.

Omani suppliers

We buy from Omani SMEs where they can do the work: installation, civil works, signage, vehicles, uniforms and facility services.

Municipal skills

We train municipal staff in parking planning, policy analysis and the use of the city’s own data. The knowledge stays with the city.

Already proven on Omani streets

22 months in Gulf field conditions.

The system NSPC deploys has already operated here. Al Khuwair and Al Ghubrah, in Muscat: 2,177 managed spaces, in continuous operation from December 2023 to October 2025. That is twenty-two months of field service, through two Gulf summers.

It ran fully cashless. For its final year it ran as a complete service: collection, notices through the municipal process, daily reconciliation and reporting. Our partner EmQos delivered it.

This is operating history, not a trial report. It is why our statements about heat, dust, salt air and Omani plates are commitments.

From the street to the control centre to field engineering.

A concession lasts many years. That is long enough to take a new recruit to a senior technical role.

    Installation, inspection and first-line repair.

  2. Field supervisor

    Leads a team and a district. Owns response times.

  3. Control-centre operator

    Monitors the estate, faults and field teams.

  4. Platform administrator

    Configures zones, rules, permits and reports.

  5. Parking analyst

    Supports policy review with occupancy and compliance data.

  6. Field engineer

    Site design, integration, configuration and tuning.

We source proven technology globally. We localise and support it here.

A city should not have to choose between proven technology and real in-country capability. We give it both.

Assembly and test

Assembly, configuration and test of kerbside equipment in Oman. A replacement does not wait for a shipping cycle.

Field engineering

Site design, configuration, integration and tuning for Omani plates and Gulf conditions, done in Oman.

Support

Spares, repair, maintenance and second-line support, staffed locally. A failed unit is repaired here.

Regional base

The same capability can serve the wider GCC. A facility that supplies a region stays open and keeps its skills.
