About us
Every bay counts.
A parking bay is worth what it enables, not what it charges. We manage the kerb one bay at a time, so each one serves more people in a day.
What we stand for
National Smart Parking Company, in three lines.
Who we are
An Omani company. Parking consultant, municipal partner and long-term operator for Omani cities.
Mission
Help Omani municipalities plan, regulate and operate public parking for the long term, with the evidence to manage the kerb well.
Vision
Smart public parking that serves Oman Vision 2040, improves daily life in Omani cities, and grows into a model for the GCC.
How we work
Four traits, and what each one rules out.
We write for the municipal reader first, and everyone else should still understand every word. This is how we behave, and how we expect to be held to account.
Civic
- We are
- On the city’s side, serving the public
- We are not
- Salesy or revenue-first
Evidence-led
- We are
- Measured, specific, provable
- We are not
- Hype or vague promises
Plain-spoken
- We are
- Clear, calm, direct
- We are not
- Technical jargon or buzzwords
Rooted
- We are
- Omani, built and staffed here
- We are not
- A foreign vendor passing through
The city decides
We advise, partner and operate. Tariffs and rules belong to the municipality.
The city sets policy. We give it the evidence, write the policy with it, and operate against targets the city publishes. A municipality can engage us for one role or for all three.
01
Consultant
We measure what the kerb does today and write the plan with the city.
Planning and policy02
Partner
We help the city write kerb management policy, then make it work on the street.
Kerb management policy03
Operator
We run the parking estate for the full term, against targets the city publishes.
Long-term operationOman Vision 2040
Parking is one of the few urban assets where several national priorities meet.
The kerb is transport infrastructure, commercial infrastructure and public land at the same time. Good management supports several of the Vision’s pillars together.
Economy and development
Private-sector investment, Omani jobs and growth in non-oil technology services, with the capability established inside the Sultanate.
Governance and institutional performance
Digital municipal services, and evidence-based management of public assets that the municipality owns and can audit.
Environment and sustainability
Less circling for parking means less congestion and lower emissions, with EV charging and solar shading on the same assets.
Why this matters now
A growing fleet on a fixed quantity of kerb.
Oman’s vehicle fleet keeps growing, and the kerb does not. That is why planning and credible rules, not price alone, are the tools we lead with.
